My main interest right now is to just hang out with my friends, however I'm also interested in computers, and stereo equipment. Lately I have not really cared for computers much because in my early life I spent a lot of time in front of them. I find them very useful, but you can get addicted and spend hours on end on the computer doing absolutely nothing.

Computers can also induce a feeling of isolation from the rest of the world, even when you're IMming people or in a chat room. I have found that IMs in particular are impersonal, and I sometimes find it difficult to tell whether the person I'm talking to is interested in what I'm saying or not. IMs are liberating though, and I feel that I can express myself better using IM than in person, but I still prefer in person.

There is also another gripe that I have with IM, and that is the fact that since you can talk to multiple people at the same time, the person you are talking to can talk about what you're saying while you're saying it behind your back.

Another interest that I have is Ocean Kayaking. Ocean Kayaking is very liberating, and its nice to be out in nature with the salty ocean breeze blowing at you. If you ever have the opportunity to do this, I suggest that you do. The Ocean Kayak is very different from the traditional one where you are enclosed. In an Ocean Kayak you just sit on top of it.

I also enjoy playing Tennis, even though I'm not that good at it yet.
